Connect Tally, SAP and your ERP so data is typed in once

In short

Berri connects Tally, SAP and other ERP systems to the rest of a business's tools. An ERP is the software that runs your accounts, orders and stock. Berri reads exports or files from these systems and feeds them into reports, screens and alerts. Importing SAP and Excel data already runs in production inside a working logistics business.

The problem it solves

Your accounts sit in Tally or SAP, your trips or orders sit in another tool, and your team spends hours each week copying numbers between them. Every copy is a chance for a mistake.

Because the systems do not talk to each other, nobody trusts a single figure, and month end becomes a long exercise in matching sheets.

What you get

You get a regular, checked flow of data from your ERP into the place you need it, such as a report, a control tower screen or an alert. Most often this works from the exports and files your system already produces.

Each import is checked. If a file is missing, late or shaped differently from last time, the system says so instead of quietly using old or broken numbers.

We already run SAP and Excel imports every day inside a working logistics business. Tally and other ERP links have not yet been delivered for an outside client, so they are scoped to your setup in week 1.

How it works with Berri, week by week

Week 1 is for listening. We meet the people who will use the connection, study how the work is done today, and write down one result we both agree on. Before any build starts, you receive a fixed price in writing.

In week 2 you usually see a first working version: one real export from your system flowing into one useful place, with the numbers checked against what your team already knows.

Then we run it with you and teach your team, step by step, until they are comfortable. If something stops working or needs a change, you talk to a person. Your data belongs to you and can be exported at any time.

Who it suits and who it does not

It suits businesses that already use Tally, SAP or an ERP well, but lose time moving its data into other tools by hand.

If your ERP vendor already sells a ready made connector that does exactly what you need, buy that instead. It will be supported by the people who make the system.

It is also the wrong place to start if the data inside your ERP is not being entered correctly. A connection moves data faster, it does not fix wrong entries.

Common questions

Can Tally data be shown on a live dashboard?

Yes. Tally can export reports and data that another tool reads on a schedule, and those numbers can then appear on a dashboard. How often it updates depends on how your Tally is set up. Berri checks your version and setup in week 1 and gives a fixed price in writing before building.

How do you connect SAP data to Excel or other software?

The simplest safe way is often to use the exports SAP already produces and read them on a schedule, checking each file before using it. Berri already runs SAP and Excel imports in production inside a working logistics business. Direct links into SAP depend on your access and IT rules, which we review first.

Do I need to change my ERP to connect it to other tools?

Usually not. Berri works with the exports and files your current system produces, so your accounts team keeps working the way it does today. If a better link needs a setting changed in your ERP, we explain why and ask your team or vendor before anything is touched.

What happens if the export file changes or is late?

The import checks every file. If a file is late, missing or shaped differently, the system flags it clearly rather than showing old numbers as if they were current. Your team sees what went wrong and when, so a bad file never quietly turns into a wrong report.

Is my accounting data safe when it is connected to other tools?

Berri only reads the data the agreed job needs, keeps it in your own accounts where possible, and limits who can see it. Your data stays yours and can be exported at any time. Access rules are written down in week 1, so you know exactly what is read and where it goes.
