We take the data you already have in Excel, Tally or your ERP, clean it, and turn it into simple daily and monthly reports that show what is really happening: sales, money owed, costs and losses. Most businesses have plenty of data and very little clarity. Numbers sit in different Excel files, Tally and other software, and each person has their own version.
Without one clean view, you often learn about a loss weeks later. Money owed piles up, costs creep up, and there is no monthly picture of what the business is actually earning or losing.

Each number can be traced back to the source it came from. Where data is missing, the report says so rather than guessing.
How it works with Berri, week by week
Week 1 is for listening. We sit with the people who will use the report, look at what you already have, and agree on one clear result. You then get a fixed price in writing before any build starts.
In week 2 you usually see a first working version: one daily or weekly report built from an export you already produce. It is real and usable, not a slide or a mockup, so you can judge it on your own work.
After that we run it and teach your team to use it. When something breaks or needs changing, a person answers. Your data stays yours, and you can export it whenever you want.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits owners and managers who have data in several places and want a few numbers they can trust every morning or every month.
It is the wrong choice if you need an accounting system. We do not replace Tally or your accounting software; we read from it and build reports on top.

How can I get reports from Tally data automatically?
Berri can take exports from Tally on a schedule and turn them into clean reports, such as money owed by each customer or sales by product. You keep using Tally as you do today. We read from it, we do not replace it, and each number in the report can be traced back to the Tally data.
Can you combine data from Excel sheets and different software into one report?
Yes. That is one of the most common jobs. Berri takes data from your Excel sheets, Tally, SAP or ERP exports and other tools, matches it up, and builds one report. Where two sources disagree, we show it rather than hiding it, so you can fix the root cause.
What is a business dashboard and do I need one?
A dashboard is a screen that shows a few important numbers at a glance, kept up to date. You need one if you spend time collecting figures from several places before you can make a decision. If your numbers already sit in one place and you check them easily, a simple monthly report may be enough.
How do I know the numbers in a report are correct?
Berri builds every report so that each number can be traced back to where it came from. If a source is missing or out of date, the report says so instead of showing an old figure. In the first weeks we check the report against what your team already knows.
Will Berri replace my accounting software?
No. Berri does not sell or replace accounting software like Tally. We connect to it and to your other tools, and build the reports you are missing on top. Your accounts stay where they are, and your data stays yours and can be exported whenever you want.
