How Berri prices projects
In short
Berri quotes a fixed price in writing after a week of listening, before any building starts. There is no public price list yet, because the cost depends on your data, your tools and how many people use the system. Ongoing running and support is quoted separately and clearly.
Why there is no price list
A control tower for ten vehicles that already have GPS is a different job from one that must read three data sources and alert six people. A published price would be wrong for most businesses, so we quote after we understand yours.
What we promise instead: you will always see a fixed price in writing before we build, and we will say plainly if a cheaper route, including off-the-shelf software, fits you better.
What changes the price
The number and quality of your data sources, how many systems we connect to, how many people use it, how fast alerts must arrive, whether personal or sensitive data is involved, and how much running and support you want afterwards.
Starting small keeps cost down. Most clients begin with one problem and one screen, then add more once it proves its worth.
What you pay for
Two things, kept separate on the quote. First, the build: a fixed price for the agreed first version. Second, the running: a monthly amount for keeping it working, fixing problems and making changes.
Third-party charges, such as WhatsApp message fees set by Meta, GPS device plans or cloud hosting, belong to those providers. We explain the likely amounts for your volume in week 1 so nothing surprises you.
How to get a quote
Describe one problem that costs you time, using the form on the home page. Pick the things that fit and tell us your size and timing. A person reads it and replies, usually to ask a few questions before week 1.
There is no charge for the first conversation, and no obligation after it.
