Berri connects devices and systems for businesses in India. That means reading data from GPS trackers and temperature sensors, and linking systems such as SAP, Tally and ERP exports, so the information reaches one place where your team can use it. Berri's GPS and temperature sensor integration already runs in production in a working logistics business.
The problem it solves
Many businesses already pay for GPS trackers, temperature sensors or software like SAP and Tally. Each one has its own app or screen, and none of them talk to each other.
So the data is there, but it is not used. Someone checks one app, copies a figure into a sheet, and checks another. Problems such as a cold truck warming up or a vehicle off route are spotted late, if at all.
What you get
You get your devices and systems connected, so their data flows to one place automatically. That might be a control tower, a report, a WhatsApp alert, or a clean file for your own team.
For sensors, that can mean a warning when a temperature goes out of the range you set. For GPS, a live position and history of each vehicle across one or several vendors. For SAP, Tally or ERP exports, data that arrives without anyone retyping it.
If a device stops sending data, you are told. A silent sensor is treated as a problem, not as a good reading.
How it works with Berri, week by week
Week 1 is for listening. We sit with the people who will use the connection, look at what you already have, and agree on one clear result. You then get a fixed price in writing before any build starts.
In week 2 you usually see a first working version: data from one of your devices or systems arriving in one place without manual copying. It is real and usable, not a slide or a mockup, so you can judge it on your own work.
After that we run it and teach your team to use it. When something breaks or needs changing, a person answers. Your data stays yours, and you can export it whenever you want.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits businesses that already have GPS, sensors or business software and want the data put to work: transporters, cold chain operators, pharma suppliers, manufacturers.
It is the wrong choice if you are looking to buy devices. Berri does not sell tracking or sensor hardware. You buy that from a hardware vendor, and we connect to it.
Some vendors do not share their data in a usable way. We check this in week 1 and tell you plainly if a connection is not possible.
Common questions
Can GPS data from different vendors be combined in one place?
Yes. Berri reads data from several GPS vendors and brings every vehicle into one place, such as a control tower screen or a daily report. This runs in production inside a working logistics business. We check in week 1 that each of your vendors shares data in a way we can use.
How can I monitor temperature in cold chain trucks or cold rooms?
If your trucks or cold rooms already have temperature sensors, Berri can read their data and show it live, with a warning when a reading goes outside the range you set. If a sensor stops sending, that is flagged too. Berri does not sell sensors; you buy them from a hardware vendor.
Can you connect SAP or Tally to other tools we use?
Yes. Berri connects SAP, Tally and other ERP systems to the rest of your tools, usually through the exports those systems already produce. This lets data reach your reports, control tower or WhatsApp assistant without anyone retyping it. We confirm what your setup allows during week 1.
Does Berri sell GPS trackers or sensors?
No. Berri does not sell tracking or sensor hardware. You buy devices from a hardware vendor, and Berri reads their data and connects it to the rest of your business. If you do not have devices yet, we can tell you what data you will need so you can ask vendors the right questions.
What happens if a GPS tracker or sensor stops sending data?
Berri treats a silent device as a problem, not as a good reading. The screen or report shows that the device is not reporting and when it last did, instead of showing an old position or temperature as if it were current. You can also get an alert so someone checks it.
