How it works with Berri, week by week
Week 1 is for listening. We meet the people who will use the engineer, study how the work is done today, and write down one result we both agree on. Before any build starts, you receive a fixed price in writing.
Usually in week 2 the engineer delivers a first working change on your real systems, such as fixing a broken report or adding one useful screen, so you can judge the work early.
Then we run it with you and teach your team, step by step, until they are comfortable. If something stops working or needs a change, you talk to a person. Your data belongs to you and can be exported at any time.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits businesses with a steady stream of software work, such as several tools to look after, regular changes and new ideas, but no tech team of their own.
If you have only one small job, a single fixed price project is the better choice. If a ready made product already covers your needs, buying it will cost less than keeping an engineer.

Berri engineers write notes as they work, so the knowledge belongs to your business, not to one person. If someone changes, another engineer picks up from those notes. Your code and data stay yours, and the data can be exported at any time.
Can a dedicated engineer work with my existing software and vendors?
Yes. Most of the work is looking after and improving what you already have, including tools from other vendors, Tally or an ERP, and your website. The engineer works alongside your existing vendors and asks before changing anything they own.
