How Berri works with you
In week 1 we listen on the shop floor and in the office, see where the sheets live, and give you a fixed price in writing.
Usually in week 2 you see a first version on your own data. Then we run it, fix it, and teach your team to keep it going.
Who it is not for
If you want a full factory ERP, Berri is not the right fit. We connect to SAP, Tally or other ERP systems, we do not replace them.
If you need machine automation or hardware installation on the line, you need an automation specialist.
Common questions
How can I see all pending orders and dispatches in one place?
A control tower can read the Excel sheets your team already keeps for production, dispatch and pending orders and show them on one daily board. Berri builds this without asking you to change how the sheets are filled at first. Once it works, we can tidy the sheets with your team.
Can buyers check their order status on WhatsApp?
Yes. A WhatsApp assistant can read the order board and reply when a dealer or buyer asks where their order is. This cuts the calls your office handles. Berri runs a WhatsApp assistant in daily use in a logistics business and can build one for your orders.
How do small factories track machine downtime?
The simplest start is a daily log of stoppages and rejected goods, turned into a weekly trend report so repeat problems show up. Berri builds these reports. Reading data straight from machines is possible in some cases, and we would scope that only after the basic log works.
Do I need an ERP to use a control tower?
No. A control tower can start from Excel sheets. If you already have SAP, Tally or another ERP, Berri can connect to it so the board fills itself. We check what you have in week 1 and tell you which path is simpler.
Can software predict delays in production?
Berri offers forecasting only as a trial for now. With enough history of orders and stoppages, a forecast can flag orders likely to run late, but we would test it on your own data and show you its track record before you depend on it.
