A daily list of unmatched or damaged returns then tells your team what to chase. Berri builds this from the returns reports and your warehouse records, so claims are raised while the window is still open.
Can Berri build my own brand website instead of selling only on marketplaces?
Yes. Berri builds websites and online shops, and can connect your own store's orders and stock to the same dashboard as your marketplace sales. Owning a store gives you a direct line to repeat customers. We will be honest about how much traffic a new site may get on its own, since that depends on your brand and marketing.
Can customers ask about their order and returns on WhatsApp?
A WhatsApp assistant can read the order status and return steps and reply when a customer asks. Berri runs a WhatsApp assistant in daily use inside a working business. Is my sales data safe with Berri?
Your data stays yours. Berri only reads what you give it access to, and you can export everything at any time.
