How it works with Berri, week by week
Week 1 is for listening. We sit with the people who will use the website, look at what you already have, and agree on one clear result. You then get a fixed price in writing before any build starts.
In week 2 you usually see a first working version: the main pages of your site live on a preview link you can open on your phone. It is real and usable, not a slide or a mockup, so you can judge it on your own work.
After that we run it and teach your team to use it. When something breaks or needs changing, a person answers. Your data stays yours, and you can export it whenever you want.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits businesses that need a clear, working site and want someone to look after it: traders who want buyers to browse a catalogue, clinics that want online booking, brands that want a shop of their own.
It is the wrong choice if you want the cheapest possible one time website and plan never to change it. A freelancer will usually charge less for that.
If you already sell happily on a ready made shop builder and only need small tweaks, you may not need us either. We are most useful when the site has to connect to the rest of how you work.

It depends on what the site has to do. A few information pages cost much less than a shop with payments and stock. Berri listens first in week 1 and then gives you a fixed price in writing before any build starts, so the number does not grow later. Prices on our site are shared once they are approved.
Can you build an online shop that works well on mobile phones?
Yes. Berri designs every website and online shop for phones first, because that is how most customers in India will open it. Pages are kept light so they load quickly on an ordinary connection, and buttons are large enough to tap. We check each page on a phone sized screen before it goes live.
Who hosts and updates my website after it is built?
Berri hosts it, which means keeping it on a server so it stays online, and keeps it updated after launch. We also teach your team to change simple things like prices, photos and offers on their own. When you need a bigger change, a person answers rather than a ticket system.
Can my website connect to WhatsApp?
Yes. Berri can add a button that opens a WhatsApp chat with your business in one tap, and can connect the site to a WhatsApp assistant that answers common questions or takes bookings. This means a customer who finds you online can reach you in the app they already use every day.
Will I own my website and its content?
Your data and content stay yours. Product lists, customer enquiries and orders can be exported whenever you want, including if you move away from Berri later. We set this out in writing in week 1 along with the fixed price, so there is no surprise at the end.
