What breaks every day
Orders arrive by phone, WhatsApp text, voice notes and photos. Someone then retypes each one into Tally, and mistakes creep in.
There is no simple daily view of what each retailer owes and which salesman is responsible. Delivery vans leave in the morning and nobody knows where they are until they return.
What a first version could do in two weeks
A first version could take orders on WhatsApp and land them in one neat sheet, ready to check and enter, instead of retyping from photos.
It could also send you a morning summary of who owes what, built from your existing billing export. Van tracking on one map can follow once the order flow works.
How Berri works with you
In week 1 we listen to how orders really reach you and how your staff handle them. You get a fixed price in writing before any build starts.
Usually in week 2 you see the first version on your own orders. Then we run it, fix what goes wrong, and teach your team so the work does not depend on us.
Who it is not for
If you only want to send the same message to many buyers, a self-serve WhatsApp tool is cheaper than a service.
Berri does not replace your accounting software. If you want a new accounting system, Tally or Zoho is the right place to go. We connect to them rather than compete.
Common questions
How can I stop retyping WhatsApp orders into Tally?
A WhatsApp assistant can read incoming orders, including typed lists, and arrange them into one sheet in the format your staff already use. Someone still checks it before entry, but the retyping goes away. Berri builds this around your own product list, so the sheet uses your item names, not generic ones.
Can WhatsApp orders from voice notes and photos be read automatically?
Often yes, though not perfectly. An AI agent can read many voice notes and photos of handwritten lists and turn them into order lines. Unclear items should be flagged for a person to confirm rather than guessed. Berri sets this up so doubtful lines are marked, and we will show you how well it works on your real orders.
How do I see which retailers owe me money every morning?
A daily report can be built from your billing or Tally export and sent to you each morning, listing what each retailer owes and for how long. Berri builds reports like this from the data you already keep, so nobody has to prepare it by hand every day.
Can I track my delivery vans without buying new software for each one?
If your vans already carry GPS, a control tower can show them on one map using those feeds. If they do not, devices are needed first, and Berri can connect them once fitted. We check what you already have in week 1 and tell you honestly what it will take.
Will this replace Tally?
No. Berri does not build accounting software and does not ask you to leave Tally. The aim is to connect to it, so orders and payment data flow in and out without retyping. Your accountant keeps working the way they do today.
