- Which AI models does Berri use? A mix: open-weight models we fine-tune on your data, plus hosted frontier models where they are clearly better. You are told which model runs each job, accuracy is measured on your own records, and your data never trains anyone else’s model.
- Does Berri build AI and machine learning? Yes. Berri builds AI, machine learning and deep learning into everyday business software: reading invoices and documents, understanding Hindi and English messages and voice notes, computer vision on photos and cameras, forecasting demand and cash, and flagging unusual transactions. Models are tuned and tested on your own data, can run in your own cloud, and a person approves anything that matters.
- What does Berri do? Berri builds the software an Indian business needs, runs it every day and teaches your staff to use it. That covers collections and GST reminders, a live business board, WhatsApp for customers, security, websites, apps and connections to Tally and Excel.
- How much does Berri cost? Berri quotes a fixed price in writing after a week of listening, before anything is built. Running and support is a separate monthly amount on the same quote. There is no public price list yet, because the cost depends on your data and tools.
- How fast can we start? Week one is listening and a written price. A first working version usually follows in about two weeks, built on your real files and numbers.
- Do we need our own tech team? No. Berri is built for businesses without one. We build it, run it, fix what breaks and train your people until they do not need us for it.
- Does it work with Tally and Excel? Yes. Berri Connect brings Tally, Excel and ERP exports together so numbers are typed once and reach your reports, alerts and WhatsApp.
- Can it reply to customers in Hindi? Yes. Berri Chat can be set up to answer on WhatsApp in Hindi, English and the other languages your customers use, and to hand anything tricky to a person.
